SPV Sales Cargo

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor Degree or equivalent
2. Age maximum 35 years old, strong achievement oriented, willing to travel & work outside office hours
3. Domestics, international, sea/air and project freight forwarding as well as consolidation services
4. At least 5 years of demonstrated experience at a Sales Management level within a Cargo business and have a solid knowledge of Cargo Sales & Marketing on a regional basis
5. Strong track record of developing and leading the successful marketing and sales programs for Cargo business with a demonstrated record of success in building new revenue streams
6. Strong cargo sales experience in overall business-to-business sales & marketing experience
7. Excellent communications skills & negotiator
8. Previous experience dealing with customers is an advantage
9. Own freehand cargo and express shipments customers
10. Good mentality and drive to work both, independently and in a team

Responsibilities :

1. Plan Monthly cycle to visit existing and prospective customers
2. Understand your customers requirements and ensure they are met
3. Develop and generate sales from existing base towards monthly target
4. Drive revenue generation by implementing local cargo strategies
5. Analyze and report on market conditions and trends to leverage IDL competitive advantage
6. Manage the day-to-day contact with key account agents and shippers for revenue generation
7. Able to conduct regular agent performance reviews
8. Actively manage relationships with shippers, key industry and trade partners
9. Able to work with a team of Sales to provide customer-centric solutions to customers
10. Excellent knowledge of the domestic freight market
11. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
12. Excellent communication and relationship management
13. Hard-working and able to do multiple tasks
14. Solving problem skills
15. Highly motivated, disciplined, and compliance
16. Excellent customer service-oriented mindset
17. Well organized and process-oriented
18. Health is in good condition
19. English proficiency in reading/listening/ writing/ speaking. Another language is a plus
